The Place of Destiny

Today 23rd October, is my BIRTHDAY and this is my gift to you.

The place of destiny or destination is critical to our success and fulfilment in life. No one misses this in life without eternal regret. A man of destiny, is a man living according to God’s dictate, mind, plan and purpose.  “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the LORD, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jer 29:11

What is Destiny? It is living according to God’s plan for your life. Destiny is not mysterious as some people think. You don’t need to consult anyone, super power somewhere to know God’s desire for your life. The wrong perspective that people have about DESTINY, has led them to error, curses, spell, abuse, frustration, misfortune and disappointment in life. Your destiny is determined by the direction you take. TAKE THE DIRECTION OF THE WORD OF GOD

Destiny is knowing the end from the beginning. There is a purpose for your life and only your Creator, Designer, that is God knows the end from the beginning. Don’t be deceived, nobody knows you better than your maker. Your destination is in your hand and your maker, God. If you are willing to cooperate with Him by obeying His will for your life, He will bring you to your final end in bliss.

What Destiny Does?

It connects us to the right people

It brings us to the right place and plan

It aligns us with opportunities.

It builds our capacity to receive more, to give more.

It keeps us joyful even in the face of challenges of life.

It helps us to build our faith to take more RISK.

It grows our confidence in our Maker, God

It supports us to maximize our potentials

It informs us of the need to take the right decisions in life.

It drives us through the journey of life.

Genesis chapter 11 tells us that Terah, the father of Abraham, was a man who went halfway. God told him to go all the way to Canaan, but he reached a city called Haran and just settled there. He became relaxed and comfortable, and he made up his mind that it wasn’t worth the fight anymore.  The Bible says that he “came to Haran and dwelt there…and Terah died in Haran.” (Gen 11:31-32)  Our lives should be about MORE than simply living and dying.

God has a marvelous plan in store for us if we will only listen and learn to discern His will

You will get to your DESTINATION!
