In 1994 while I was reading an issue of Forbes magazine, one particular article caught my attention. It showed the top ten wealthiest people in the U.S., most of whom, ironically, were still in a lot of debt. I then noticed that some of the people on the list were in Network Marketing and had no debt. So I decided to become one of them and be at the top of the list.
When I started I had a very old car, was living with my son in a one-room apartment, and I couldn’t even afford lunch money for him. Isn’t the level you are when you started in Network Marketing that matters, the possibilities of a better tomorrow and that you can see through the opportunity that determines how you will work the business.
-Starting my business wasn’t easy. We had moved to the United States from Taiwan, I didn’t know anyone, and I couldn’t even speak English. But I had to be bold. If your WHY is Big enough, your HOW will show up.

-At first you need to spend a lot of time developing your network. You need to build your organization first before retailing the product. Shifting to high gear is a must for success in your A2W business. 95% of your time must be spent with your serious five. Have a weekly meeting for your core leaders. In the meeting beginning, you will be giving more than you receive. As you develop your network, you will get more in return than you are giving.
-I find my best leaders by looking for OPP- Open-minded, People-minded with a Positive attitude! I also look for people who are available, teachable and faithful to this business and the product. Avenues to Wealth is not for everybody. Don’t try to recruit everybody into the business. Look for five serious people passionate about extra income, financial freedom driven, people ready to give 5-10 hours to the business weekly, people willing to come out of debt and passionate about others success.
